A film for a company that already knows its work is the story does not need a narrator to say so. We shoot on the floor, in the field, and in the rooms where the real decisions happen. Available light when it is enough. A rig when it is not. Cuts that wait.
The same piece has to survive a boardroom, a recruiting site, and a trade-show loop. We cut for that: no version that only works in a darkened theater, and no version that only works on a phone.
