Northwind
For Northwind Logistics
Goal
Give Northwind a piece of cinema that could open an enterprise RFP and a recruiting page without changing a word — work that felt as considered as the network behind it.
Process
Northwind runs a dense freight network. The website still looked like a family shop that had bought a domain.
We spent a week on docks, in dispatch, and in the cab. Cinema cameras, available light, no staged hero shots of smiling crews. The brief was not “make logistics look exciting.” It was “make it look true, at the scale it actually is.”
The cut is patient. Radios, compressors, the thrum of a yard before sunrise — the soundtrack is the engine of the piece, not a bed under it. We treated the operation as the subject, not as a backdrop for a voiceover about excellence.
Outcome
The film now opens their enterprise pitch and is the first thing candidates see. The company stopped leading with a deck and started leading with the yard at 4 a.m.
